If you, or your child, is already a competitive swimmer:
Please contact the Head Coach Nigel Carrucan by email: coach@brightonsc.co.uk to arrange for an assessment in a squad training session, and provide any relevant details.
If your child is not already a member of a swimming club:
Assessments are carried out to ensure your children are placed into the correct group for their ability. We hold assessment nights for those not already members of a swimming club regularly throughout the year. Occasionally, during busy periods, we may have to use a waiting list.
Our minimum age for membership is 5 years, for those who can already swim. From time to time some spaces are available in a small pre-membership cadet class, for children aged from 4 years and 6 months. You are welcome to apply for a space in this group. We cater for improvers, pre-competitive and competitive swimmers.
Anyone applying for membership for any of our pool swimming levels must fill out the membership form.
You will be contacted with the next assessment date as soon as we have it arranged.
