Masters sessions are led by a dedicated coach and cater for a range of abilities: some of our swimmers want to compete at national level, some just want to stay fit – all just want to enjoy their swimming.
Our main Masters sessions run twice a week – Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Prince Regent. We also book lanes at Sea Lanes twice a week, which can be used for additional cost. In the warmer months we also swim in the sea.
All Club sessions are ‘inclusive’ and encompass a range of abilities; however these sessions are mainly aimed towards those who can swim a minimum of 100m freestyle in under 2 minutes.
We offer 3 free trial sessions so you can test the water before you join.
