Masters Swimming

Our thriving Masters’ section caters for swimmers from around 20 years old and up
(there’s no upper limit!)

Masters sessions are led by a dedicated coach and cater to a range of abilities: some of our swimmers want to compete at a national level, some want to stay fit, but we ensure the sessions are fun, interesting and challenging.

We currently have five Masters sessions available a week:

Day of the Week Pool Time Type of Session
Monday Sea Lanes 06:15 – 07:15 Squad
Wednesday Prince Regent 18:30 – 19:30 Skills and Drills
Wednesday Prince Regent 19:30 – 21:00 Squad
Friday Sea Lanes 06:15 – 07:15 Squad
Saturday Prince Regent 07:00 – 08:45 Squad
Sunday Sea Lanes 17:00 – 18:00 Squad

In the warmer months, we also swim in the sea in Brighton.

All Club sessions are ‘inclusive’ and encompass a range of abilities; however these sessions are mainly aimed towards those who can swim a minimum of 100m freestyle in under 2 minutes.

We offer a free trial session so you can test the waters before you join the club.

If you’re interested in trying our master sessions, please fill in the membership enquiry form, and we’ll invite you down for a try out.
